Refund policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene, intimate apparel, and health products
  • Perishable goods
  • Final sale / clearance items

3. Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) for verified issues.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@peek-wise.com with your order number.
  2. Once approved, ship the item back at your expense (unless defective).
  3. We inspect the item upon receipt and process your refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping costs (including expedited) are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items).

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on non-defective returns.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
