Our estimated delivery dates depend on various factors, including the destination address and the time required to prepare and assemble your items for shipment. You can calculate the estimated delivery time by adding the processing time (2-5 business days) to the transit time.

Multiple Items in a Single Order
For orders with multiple items, we pack and ship them from our fulfillment centers based on stock availability. It's possible that one order may be shipped in two, three, or four parcels. Please allow some time for all your items to arrive. If you don't receive all your packages within the expected delivery times, kindly contact us, and we'll promptly assist you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the progress of your package. To track your package, please visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to become available.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address is the responsibility of the buyer. We strive to expedite processing and shipping, but there may be a small window for address corrections. If you believe you've provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@peekwise.com.
Lost/Stolen/Returned Packages
We ship our merchandise with the assumption that the provided shipping address is correct and that someone will be available to receive the package. We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to the following reasons:
- The shipping address was insufficient or incorrect;
- The location was inaccessible;
- There was no one available to receive the package;
- The item(s) did not fit in the mail receptacle;
- The item(s) could not be left in a secure location;
- The addressee was unknown at the delivery address;
- The addressee refused to receive the shipment;
- You failed to schedule a redelivery or pick up the item(s) at the local Post Office.
If your package is returned to us due to the aforementioned reasons, a redelivery fee will apply. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, please note that we reserve the right to issue a partial refund. In such cases, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please report it to the respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page.
